Had essentials needed in the studio suite, including a microwave oven, a fridge, and a stovetop. I had a private bathroom and a handy kitchenette. Friendly staff members provided a few recommendations. The property's location was good and marvellous, in terms of the nearby beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Motel Ascot! the location was perfect, with breathtaking sea views during breakfast. the hotel was clean and well-maintained. We loved the nearby bakeries and restaurants. the room had all the necessary amenities, including glasses, plates, forks, and pans. the street where the hotel is located was lively and perfect for evening walks and cycling. a great choice for people who like karaoke and casinos.
The experience at Motel Ascot was great, felt really good, nothing too much trouble.

Nice location with sea view, clean rooms, available kitchenware, and pleasant nearby area for walking and cycling. Owner is kind and helpful, with easy access to rooms through a coded gate. a great experience for a return visit to the area.

I recently stayed at the Ascot in Cagnes-sur-Mer for a week-long family vacation. The hotel exceeded our expectations in several ways. the price was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the spaciousness of our "Superieur Appt" which comfortably accommodated all five of us. The location of the hotel, right on the sea front, provided stunning views and easy access to the beach. Additionally, the off-road parking was safe and convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room had its own air conditioner and balcony, perfect for drying swimwear. The location was great, close to the beach and within easy reach of the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better is a wider menu selection.
